Process Engineer

Overview As a Process Engineer at MACOM you will optimize manufacturing processes for microwave and RF assemblies, driving yield and throughput improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to sustain and improve production capability, balancing technical rigor with practical training of operators. The role focuses on MTAtesting, fixture maintenance, and cost-reduction initiatives to support high-frequency/optical components. You’ll contribute to process innovations that scale and stabilize production in a regulated environment.
