We are looking for new team members who share our passion for landscaping and are driven to see things through from start to finish.Clean Scapes is Hiring an Enhancement Crew MemberThe Enhancement Crew Member performs landscape improvement and upgrade work on existing commercial properties. This role focuses on enhancing the appearance, health, and functionality of landscapes through installation, repair, and improvement projects. Crew Members work under the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers.Responsibilities:Perform landscape enhancement work such as planting, mulching, pruning, irrigation repairs, and minor hardscape repairsAssist with seasonal landscape improvements and property upgradesFollow instructions from Crew Leaders and Project ManagersSafely use hand tools and basic landscaping equipmentWork efficiently as part of a team to complete enhancement projectsCommunicate clearly with crew members to ensure quality and teamworkTake care of all tools, equipment, materials, and uniformsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork outdoors in various weather conditions.Attend training classes or certifications as requiredComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience in landscaping, enhancement work, or general labor preferredHardworking, dependable, and reliableStrong work ethic with a "can-do" attitudeTeam-oriented with good communication skillsWilling to learn and grow in landscape enhancement skillsHonest, trustworthy, and service-orientedPhysically able to lift, bend, dig, and perform manual laborAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to work respectfully with people from all backgroundsBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not requiredPhysical Demands:Ability to walk, bend, lift, twist, and perform physical tasks for long periods.Must stay alert while operating machinery or working in potentially hazardous conditions.Why Join Clean Scapes?Competitive pay with overtime and holiday pay opportunities.Exciting commercial landscaping projects across Texas.Supportive, skilled, and friendly team environment..Medical benefits, including life, dental, and vision (UHC and Mutual of Omaha).HIRING NOTICELandscape workloads can vary throughout the year.
