Transportation Coordinator

As the Warehouse Transportation Coordinator, youll play a critical role in driving operational excellence, team development, and strategic 3 PL partnerships while supporting all aspects of the Inbound/ Outbound Dock Schedule. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Team Development Lead communication with all transport carriers, utilizing high level planning and performance management. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Solve day-to-day transportation challenges and achieving long-term goals with scheduling. 3 PL & Operational Excellence Partner with 3 PL on the new site startup dock scheduling, implementation of the dock schedule, and execution of the dock schedule. Drive improvements in dock performance by providing a strategic dock schedule. Inventory & Process Management Leverage PGT and Spotlight Optimization tools to enhance scheduling and product availability.
