You should understand the rhythm of agency work: discovery calls, campaign strategy, creative briefs, production timelines, client feedback, approvals, revisions, reporting, and internal handoffs.This is not a generic customer success role. We need someone who can operate like an agency Account Director, Client Strategist, and Strategic Project Lead.You will own the client journey after sales, from onboarding and discovery through strategy, briefing, delivery, iteration, and ongoing account growth. You will help clients clarify what they need, translate their goals into campaign direction, coordinate internal teams, and keep deliverables moving.The ideal person has experience in a creative agency, performance marketing agency, paid social agency, growth agency, ecommerce agency, or brand-side marketing team that worked closely with agencies.What You’ll DoLead Client Discovery & StrategyYou will lead kickoff calls and discovery sessions with new clients.You will dig into the client’s brand, offer, audience, positioning, funnel, past creative, media goals, landing pages, competitors, and campaign priorities.Your job is to turn client context into a clear strategic foundation the team can use.You should be comfortable thinking like an agency strategist: What is the customer problem? What is the offer? What belief needs to change? What angle should we test? What creative format makes sense? What does the next campaign need to prove?Build Creative Briefs & Campaign DirectionYou will turn strategy into clear creative briefs and campaign plans.Each brief should give the team clear context on the audience, product or offer, funnel stage, campaign angle, core message, creative format, desired outcome, and success criteria.You should know the difference between a vague creative request and a useful brief. A bad brief says, “Make us some ads.” A good brief gives the team the angle, audience, objective, offer, format, and reason the concept should work.Manage Client DeliveryYou will manage the client-facing delivery process, including timelines, meetings, follow-ups, approvals, revisions, client feedback, internal handoffs, and project momentum.Clients should always know where things stand, what we need from them, what is being worked on, and what happens next.The internal team should always know the client goal, the strategy, the deliverable, the deadline, and the definition of done.Coordinate Creative ProductionYou will work with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, editors, media buyers, AI workflow builders, developers, and founders to move campaigns forward.You will not be expected to personally produce every deliverable, but you will be expected to keep the work strategically aligned, organized, and moving.Manage Feedback, Scope & RevisionsYou will help manage the realities of agency work: shifting priorities, unclear feedback, late assets, revision loops, changing offers, and urgent requests.You will turn messy client notes into clear action items, separate strategic feedback from personal preference, and keep projects from spiraling.Improve Process & ProductYou will help build the systems that make PersonaOS easier to scale: onboarding templates, discovery forms, creative brief templates, client status updates, meeting agendas, approval workflows, QA checklists, reporting templates, and SOPs.Because PersonaOS is software, you will also help identify where the product can improve based on real client and agency workflow needs.ResponsibilitiesLead client kickoff calls, discovery sessions, and onboarding.Gather and organize brand, offer, audience, funnel, creative, and media inputs.Translate client goals into strategic briefs, campaign priorities, and execution plans.Lead client strategy discussions around personas, offers, positioning, funnel stages, and creative direction.Manage client communication, timelines, approvals, revisions, and follow-ups.Coordinate internal handoffs between strategy, creative, media, product, and technical teams.Review deliverables for strategic alignment before they go to clients.Clarify vague feedback and turn it into actionable next steps.Identify client risks, scope creep, bottlenecks, and delivery issues early.Help improve PersonaOS based on client and agency workflow needs.Who You AreYou have worked inside a marketing agency, creative agency, performance agency, paid social agency, growth agency, ecommerce agency, or similar client-services environment.You understand agency life: clients, scopes, decks, briefs, deadlines, revisions, campaign launches, creative production, feedback loops, and internal fire drills.You can lead a client call, understand the business problem, and translate it into a clear internal plan.You understand paid social, creative testing, landing pages, funnels, positioning, offers, and campaign planning enough to contribute strategically.You are organized, direct, calm under pressure, and comfortable pushing back when a client request is unclear, off-strategy, or out of scope.You like building systems, not just managing tasks.You are excited about how AI will change agency workflows, creative production, and marketing strategy.Requirements3+ years of experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, paid media agency, growth agency, ecommerce agency, or similar client-services environment.Experience in client strategy, account strategy, account management, agency operations, creative operations, campaign management, or client delivery.Strong understanding of agency workflows, creative briefs, campaign planning, client communication, production timelines, approvals, and revision cycles.Ability to turn vague client requests into clear briefs and action plans.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable creating SOPs, templates, workflows, intake forms, and delivery systems.Comfortable working with tools like Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Google Workspace, Figma, or similar platforms.Nice to HaveExperience with DTC, ecommerce, paid social, Meta ads, TikTok ads, landing pages, CRO, funnel strategy, or creative testing.Experience working with copywriters, designers, editors, media buyers, strategists, developers, or AI workflow builders.Experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager, Client Strategist, Brand Strategist, Creative Strategist, Creative Operations Manager, Agency Producer, Project Manager, or Agency Operations Lead.Experience using AI tools for strategy, creative production, content, research, or workflow automation.Why This Role MattersPersonaOS is building software for the future of marketing, but great software still needs great operators.Agency work is messy.
