The organization prides itself on fostering a collaborative environment, offering assistance in marketing, advertising, billing, collections, and operations to strengthen franchise partners' businesses.We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Desk Manager for our Kendall Outpatient Facility.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Medical Front Desk Manager, based at our Kendall, FL location. The Front Desk Manager will oversee reception operations, including scheduling patient appointments, managing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining an organized front desk workflow. This role involves supervising front desk staff, ensuring high-quality patient service, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams for smooth practice operations. Additionally, the manager will ensure accurate record-keeping and handle patient inquiries in both English and Spanish.QualificationsProficiency in Front Desk Operations, including managing schedules, patient check-ins, and documentationInsurance Verification/Authorization experience requiredStrong Administrative and Organizational skills, including multitasking and maintaining accurate recordsExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and SpanishExperience in Team Leadership and Staff Management, with the ability to motivate and guide a front desk teamProficiency with medical office software and systemsKnowledge of HIPAA compliance and basic medical billing procedures is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a relevant field is preferredPrevious experience in a medical office setting is highly desirablePaylocity Software knowledge is a PLUS but not requiredHAVE A POSSITIVE AND HAPPY ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!
