Staff Accountant

A rapidly growing organization is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting team in Lenexa, KS. This in‐office role is responsible for performing sub‐ledger reconciliations, preparing journal entries, supporting month‐end close activities, addressing branch inquiries, and assisting with external audits. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, analytical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Additional responsibilities include preparing summary financial information, generating ad hoc management reports, engaging in research and problem‐solving, and contributing to various special projects.The position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1-3 years of Staff Accountant experience, and advanced Excel skills.
