Supervisor, Operations Processing & Transactions

Overview In this role you lead the Adjustment team within Transfer Agency Operations to ensure timely, accurate correction processing for intermediated accounts. You will coach a Scottsdale-based crew, drive accountability and continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to support transformation and modernization efforts. ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop the adjustment processing team including hiring, performance management, training, and career developmentOversee daily adjustment operations for accurate, timely, and compliant correctionsReview and approve adjustments within defined limits with proper documentation and judgmentMonitor metrics, service quality, and processing standards to identify risks and opportunitiesFoster a positive, inclusive team environment with clear direction and open communicationCollaborate with peer leaders and business partners to ensure consistent execution and issue resolutionLead through change by communicating updates and supporting modernization adoptionContribute to process improvement, testing, and readiness for platform enhancementsMaintain knowledge of procedures, compliance, risk controls, and regulatory requirementsParticipate in special projects and other duties as assigned Key requirementsMinimum of three years of related experienceTwo years of operations processing experience preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience requiredPrior people leadership experience preferred; strong operational expertise and coaching potential may be consideredExperience in financial services, transfer agency, intermediated accounts, transaction processing, corrections, adjustments, or related operations preferredDemonstrated ability to review complex operational transactions and make risk-informed decisionsStrong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and levelsProven ability to lead through change and support process improvement during technology or business transformationAttention to detail, organizational skills, and balance of production with quality and riskstrong communicationrelationship-buildingcollaborationoperational systemsworkflow toolsreporting and documentation
