Job Description Group Home Program AssistantFull-Time & Part-Time | HourlyWe are hiring a Group Home Program Assistant to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. This role focuses on daily care, skill-building, and community involvement to help residents live as independently as possible.Responsibilities:Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility)Support residents with housekeeping, cooking, and money managementAdminister medications after trainingProvide transportation and support community outingsMaintain documentation, incident reports, and basic financial recordsPromote a safe, clean, and supportive home environmentQualifications:High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)Experience working with adults with disabilities preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable vehicle and phoneBasic computer skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTraining Provided:CPR/First Aid, Safe Driving, Safety, and Bloodborne Pathogens (required within first 10 days of hire)Salary negotiable based on experience and training/educationIf you're compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.
