An international organization, specializing in Aerospace manufacturing is seeking a skilled accountant. This position is located in in our Battle Ground, WA facility with a planned move in 2025 to a brand-new state of the art facility in scenic Ridgefield, WA.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer order entry and manage the purchasing process
Item master, BOM creation, and Job Orders setup
Process payroll, employee onboarding & state taxes
Maintain detailed bookkeeping records
Prepare and present location financials to stakeholders
Work autonomously to support business goals and maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Proven accounting experience; associate’s degree in accounting is preferred
Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software
Hands on experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment is preferred
