PCH Hotels and Resorts - 26 North Royal Street - Responsibilities: Carry out repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations following departmental procedures; Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to identify defects; Respond promptly to guest service calls and maintenance requests; Document all work performed, parts needed, and parts used on service requests; Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety protocols
