While Portfolio Management defines what we deliver and when, and Project Managers execute delivery, this role exists to provide clear, centralized accountability for how delivery operates across the company.As a Program Manager – Client Delivery, you are the single accountable owner of the client delivery system—ensuring delivery across implementation and support teams are consistent, scalable, and operationally sound.What you’ll do:Own and evolve the delivery operating model across implementation and support teamsStandardize delivery approaches, phases, and best practicesLead and manage Project Managers within implementation and support teams, ensuring consistent execution aligned to the delivery operating model.Identify and resolve cross-pod risks, dependencies, and systemic bottlenecksImprove implementation predictability, time-to-value, and delivery qualityEnsure support teams operate with clear SLAs, escalation paths, and efficiencyDrive a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing supportDefine and track system-level delivery metrics (cycle time, quality, escalation trends)Use data to drive continuous improvement across deliveryPartner across PPM, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client-facing teams to align executionProvide clear, decision-oriented visibility into delivery performance and risksWhat you’ve done:5–8+ years in project, or delivery management2+ years' operating at a program level (or clear readiness for that step)Strong foundation in project management practices and software delivery (SDLC/Agile Scrum/LEAN/hybrid)Experience working across multiple concurrent projects or delivery teamsDemonstrated ability to improve processes, delivery consistency, or operational modelsComfortable operating at both a system level and execution-aware levelStrong communication across technical teams, stakeholders, and clientsNice to have:Experience in Fintech or enterprise product/technology environmentsPMP, PgMP, or similar certificationsWhat success looks like:Delivery across teams is consistent, predictable, and scalableImplementation outcomes are repeatable and high qualitySupport teams operate with clarity, efficiency, and low escalation noiseClients experience reliable delivery across their lifecycleDelivery performance is measured, visible, and continuously improving
