Construction Project Coordinator

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.Core ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expendituresOrganizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings as appropriateDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsAnalyzing project data, and identify trends, issues and risksPreparing necessary presentation materials for meetingsIdentifying and assessing project deadlinesDetermining project changes and identify potential impactProviding administrative support as neededUndertaking project tasks as requiredEnsuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each projectAssessing project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicableEnsuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solutionFacilitating meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelor's degree required1+ years experience preferred working in a project management environmentTelecom project support experienceExperience coordinating times and project tasks between project stakeholdersExperience using project management software to track project deadlines Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong organizational skillsProactive team memberStrong attention to detail Work Environment Location: St. Louis, Missouri Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $35.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
