Food and Beverage Supervisor, Part-Time (Seasonal)

Food and Beverage Supervisor, Part-Time (Seasonal) Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage (F&B) Director, the F&B Supervisor will monitor their assigned restaurant(s) ensuring swift, positive, and friendly guest service.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the food and beverage staff and the operations of assigned venuesConsistently demonstrate superior customer service and act as a positive role model for all team membersConvey positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on guest interactionsImmediately address service issues and follow up to ensure guest satisfactionDirect the daily work activities of assigned personnelProperly schedule and assign stations while managing labor costsMaintain filing accuracy in daily logbookMaintain restaurant cleanlinessCoach, counsel, discipline and train team members in accordance with company policies and proceduresAssist with special and routine projects as necessaryMaintain a professional demeanor and a positive working relationship with all team membersPromote harmony and foster positive attitudes toward the companyInspire team members with clear direction and get them excited about being a part of the companyEnsure that food is prepared and served according to the desired portions and quality specificationsEnsure adherence to Board of Health standardsProvide support for the Beverage department during the absence of the managerREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GEDMust possess a valid state driver's licenseStrong leadership, communication, and supervisory skillsAbility to sit and stand for prolonged periods of timeFluency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with food and beverage point-of-sale inventory systemsWilling and able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysAble to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditionsBehaviors: Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interestEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
