We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Director of Revenue Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives that align financial planning, revenue reporting, sales strategy, and commission operations. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business execution and is ideal for a leader who can translate strategy into scalable operational outcomes.About You — Experience, Education, and SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field12+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, accounting, sales operations, or a closely related function5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years supporting or leading finance systems initiativesStrong understanding of core finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and forecastingExperience working with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or similar platformsBackground supporting B2B revenue or sales organizations, sales operations, or go-to-market functionsPreferred QualificationsPMP or similar project management certificationStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across finance, sales, IT, and executive leadershipProven ability to analyze data, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvementExperience leading projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologiesKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics to support revenue performance, sales effectiveness, and operational prioritiesTranslate go-to-market and revenue effectiveness initiatives into actionable system, data, process, and reporting roadmapsLead system upgrade and enhancement initiatives across ERP, accounting platforms, CRM, reporting tools, and commission systemsOwn end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communicationPartner with finance, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure systems align with business needsDrive automation and system enhancements to improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and commission reportingIdentify inefficiencies in sales and finance workflows and implement scalable, automated solutionsOversee data migration and system integrations across finance and enterprise platformsEnsure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls during system changesDevelop training materials, documentation, and change-management resources to support end usersJ-18808-Ljbffr
