This role is a great way to grow your expertise and make a difference in product quality.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Cucumber, and related toolsSupport integration of automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git)Help identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and efficiencyCollaborate with product owners, technology teams, and business partnersParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint activitiesLearn and adopt new tools and methodologies for testingExperiment with emerging technologies and share ideas with the teamAssist in designing and executing automated and manual test casesMonitor quality metrics and communicate test progress to stakeholdersContribute to documentation and knowledge sharingSupport manual testing efforts when automation is not feasibleRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills1+ years of experience in test automation or technical rolesExperience building and maintaining automated testsFamiliarity with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar open-source automation toolsExperience working on web applications (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)Experience with Java and basic knowledge of PythonUnderstanding of Business Driven Development techniques (JUnit, Fitnesse, Selenium, Cucumber)Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git)Experience working in Agile teams or projectsGood verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience in financial services or credit card productsExposure to application testing and monitoring frameworks (JMeter, AppDynamics, Fitnesse, PhantomJS)Experience with open-source test automation toolsExperience applying Business Driven Development techniquesExperience with CI/CD practices and developer efficiency toolsExperience supporting process improvements or technology adoptionAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
