You will report to the Financial Controller and focus on accounting operations and financial analysis for Jack and Sage. You will focus on aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also process payroll on a bi-weekly basis gaining valuable payroll accounting experience along the way. Key ResponsibilitiesTransactional AccountingMaintain accurate and up to date financial transaction data within Jack and Sage’s ERPComplete monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card feeds to ensure accuracyAccounts Receivable/Accounts PayableReach out to collect outstanding accounts receivable bills from customersInput bills and store the data for accounts payable bills for timely paymentPay vendors for materials needed for productionFinancial Planning & AnalysisWork on various projects to help leadership gain insights into financial performance for many parts of the companyDevelop various reporting mechanisms to unlock new insights and to reinforce existing insightsPayroll/HRProcess payroll on a bi-weekly basis to ensure all employees and contractors of Jack and Sage are paid timely and accuratelyCreate journal entries based on payroll recordsServe as a point of contact for any HR related questions and escalate as necessaryThe Job’s Qualifications & RequirementsRequiredGreat attitude, team player2+ years of full-time accounting experienceProblem solving mindsetExceptional attention to detail and organizationOutstanding attention to detail, nothing gets by youOrganizational mindsetDenver, CO based– we are currently not considering candidates re-locating  Strongly PreferredExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ERP systemsDetailsTitle: Accounting AssociateStart Date: ASAPCompensation: $60,000 - $72,0000Benefits: Health Plan (60% of premiums), 3% Match of IRAPTO: UnlimitedHours: Full TimeLocation: 6900 E 47th Ave Drive, Denver, COWork From Home: FridaysTalk To Us About This JobApply online.
