This role is best suited for an experienced HR professional who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple responsibilities, and keeping HR processes organized and compliant across a multi-state organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and taking ownership of HR operations in a growing, multi-location organization.Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership of their responsibilities, and ensure HR operations run smoothly. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a wide range of HR operational tasks without heavy oversight.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) with 5% company matchPaid Time OffEmployee discountsSupportive team environmentRole ResponsibilitiesThe chosen candidate will manage and support a variety of HR operational functions across the organization.Responsibilities include responding to unemployment correspondence and maintaining accurate records, tracking employee reviews, compensation adjustments, and training completion, and managing employee benefits administration including eligibility tracking, annual renewals, and open enrollment coordination.This role will also manage child support orders and wage garnishments, coordinate the annual workers compensation audit and renewal process, and track workplace incidents and claims including workers compensation and EEOC matters.Additionally, the HR Operations Manager will provide guidance to managers regarding employee relations matters such as terminations and documentation, assist with the implementation and utilization of cloud-based HR systems, and help strengthen existing HR processes and procedures as the organization continues to grow.As with many roles in a growing organization, responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of the business.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Human Resources operations, HR generalist, or compliance-focused rolesStrong knowledge of HR compliance, benefits administration, and employment practicesExperience managing unemployment claims, workers compensation, and HR documentationAbility to work independently, prioritize work, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working with HRIS or cloud-based HR systems preferredExperience supporting multi-location or multi-state HR operations strongly preferredAbout FGG Spa, LLCFGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating 63 locations across 8 states.
