Utilizing their knowledge of Wine and Spirits, they will work with the beverage team in creating a Wine and Cocktail program. This individual is responsible for assisting the General Manager in training, recruiting and overseeing all operations for the restaurant The Restaurant Manager will be visibly present on the floor during service and will be available to take feedback from guests.Responsibilities:Lead the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, ensuring seamless operations and decision-making.Drive the guest experience on the floor, actively engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and building loyalty.Train, and develop front-of-house staff, ensuring strong bench strength and service consistency.Hold staff accountable to service, behavior, and performance standards, including coaching and progressive discipline.Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations, maintaining audit readiness at all times.Support scheduling and labor management, aligning staffing levels with business demand.Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and readiness across all shifts.Manage beverage execution, including staff training, proper service (temperature, glassware), and guest education.Maintain inventory standards, including ordering, storage organization, and par level accuracy.Monitor key financial drivers, including labor and beverage cost, and take action to stay within targets.Support events and activations (e.g., wine dinners, tastings) that enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.*This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an employee in this position may be asked to perform.Minimum Qualifications:Education:College graduate or equivalent work experienceBASSET certification required; Additional steps will be required to include this individual on the Company’s Liquor LicenseExperience:3 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Supervisor, Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager or other related position in a full-service, fine-dining establishment. Micros experienceKnowledge of fine dining, wines, and great service leadership.Experience with training, recruiting and performance managementSkills:Excellent verbal and communication skillsNeat and clean appearanceAbility to work in a team environmentMust have problem-solving abilities, and the ability to compute basic arithmetic.Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 hours a day, with or without reasonable accommodation.Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch on a frequent basis to fulfill job duties.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Must be able to pull and push up to 50 pounds regularly.Benefits Offered: The employer offers the following benefits to eligible employees in this position.
