The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience and is comfortable working in a field and shop environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipmentService machinery including excavators, loaders, haul trucks, and bulldozersConduct preventive maintenance according to service schedulesTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issuesRepair or replace defective parts and componentsMaintain accurate service and repair recordsSupport field equipment repairs when requiredEnsure all work is completed in accordance with safety standardsCommunicate equipment status with supervisors and team membersRequirementsPrevious experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar roleStrong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systemsAbility to read technical manuals and schematicsExperience working with construction or mining equipment preferredAbility to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditionsStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skillsBasic communication and documentation abilitiesHigh school diploma or GED preferredCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay: $25 - $38 per hour (based on experience)Estimated annual range: $52,000 - $79,000Full-time employmentOvertime opportunities may be availableOn-site position in Winkelman, AZTraining and skill development opportunitiesSafety-focused work environmentAdditional InformationDirect hire positionWork performed at company facilities and job sitesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
