At Accurate Tooling Solutions, we don’t just build tools—we build solutions that keep high-precision manufacturing moving. We’re looking for a Program Manager who can take a project from “just an idea on a print” to a fully delivered, high-quality product—on time, on budget, and with zero chaos left behind (or at least well-managed chaos).This role is the hub of communication between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and the customer. You’ll be the person who keeps everything aligned when the gears start turning—literally and figuratively.What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage multiple tooling and manufacturing programs from kickoff through deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for customers on program status, updates, and changesCoordinate with engineering, tool builders, machining, and quality teams to meet deadlines and requirementsTrack program schedules, budgets, and milestones (and keep them honest)Review engineering data, prints, BOMs, and SOWs to ensure project clarity and feasibilityDrive adherence to quality standards, including AS9100D requirementsIdentify risks early and solve problems before they become “urgent meetings”Keep documentation organized, accurate, and audit-readySupport continuous improvement efforts across programs and processesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in manufacturing, tooling, aerospace, or precision machining environmentsStrong understanding of blueprints, engineering documentation, and production workflowsProven ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing track of detailsExcellent communication skills—written, verbal, and “translation between departments”Hands on experience with MS Project, Excel, Power PointComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience with AS9100D or similar quality systems is a plusMotivated self-starterWorking with integrity and Transparency with our customers.Preferred Skills (Not Required, But Definitely a Win)Background in tool & die, machining, or engineeringExperience with ERP or project tracking systemsFamiliarity with customer-facing program management in aerospace or defenseLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a team that actually builds things—not just talks about themEvery project is different, so no “copy/paste workdays” hereDirect impact on real-world manufacturing programsA team that values problem-solving, accountability, and a little bit of humor along the way
