Human Resources CoordinationCoordinate hiring processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationManage onboarding and offboarding workflows (documentation, system access, background checks)Maintain accurate and confidential employee recordsSupport benefits administration and HR systems coordinationTrack compliance requirements such as trainings and certificationsAssist with internal HR communications and deadlinesPayroll & Timekeeping SupportSupport timekeeping processes and troubleshoot basic issuesCompile and submit payroll changes (stipends, adjustments, etc.)Maintain organized, audit-ready payroll documentationAccounting & Operations SupportAssist with purchasing processes including quotes, approvals, and invoice trackingMaintain organized vendor and financial records (W-9s, invoices, receipts)Support account reconciliation preparation and documentationAssist with grant and expense documentation to ensure audit readinessCompliance & AdministrationHandle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismEnsure accuracy and proper recordkeeping in line with policies and regulationsProvide responsive support to staff across departmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required2+ years of experience in HR, accounting, or operations support roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
