(ANSER) is seeking a Special Security Officer (SAP) to help optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization. In this role, you could help clients achieve impact and value from their investments in both people and technology.Day to Day Responsibilities:Manage the development, evaluation, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system security plans to protect sensitive and highly-classified information and propertyDevelop security briefings and guidance on the issuance, control, education, and requirements for classified materials and systemsManage the development, coordination, and monitoring of security programs, including reviewing and approving documentation, conducting site surveys, and supporting security accreditationsManage activities related to security clearancesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredActive Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required4 years of physical security experienceUnderstanding of national-level agency security processes, procedures, and requirements, including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) standards, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), communications security practicesExperience with Special Access ProgramsUnderstanding of clearance processing, physical security, and document control functionsPreferred Qualifications:Facility Security Officer certificationExperience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) operationsExperience working with databases, such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), National Industrial Security System (NISS), and Defense Information System for Security (DISS)Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations, local market, internal equity, candidate qualifications such as skills, education and experience.
