Job Description As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Unit in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will monitor activity, control access, respond to alarms and/or irregular conditions, and document events with clear communication. Carry out armed post duties in accordance with licensing requirements, use-of-force guidelines, and site instructions, including maintaining control of issued equipment and promptly reporting any issues. Respond to alarms, incidents, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and law enforcement when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, ATM areas, and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity, identify hazards, and/or report maintenance concerns. Complete required documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity notes, and communicate key information during shift transitions.Minimum Requirements: Have 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
