As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team.Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who is confident in consultations, treatment planning, and injectable treatments. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about aesthetics. This individual should be committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes while building long-term relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plansAdminister neurotoxins and dermal fillers safely and effectivelyPerform aesthetic laser treatments, including skin rejuvenation and laser hair removalEducate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment careMaintain accurate and thorough patient documentation within the electronic medical record systemAddress patient questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidenceBuild strong patient relationships that encourage retention and long-term treatment planningParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesCollaborate with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional patient experienceContribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic cultureQualifications RequiredActive and unrestricted Virginia Nurse Practitioner licenseMinimum of 1 year of aesthetic injecting experienceExperience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatmentsStrong consultation, communication, and patient education skillsProfessional, positive, and patient-centered demeanorAbility to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to patient safetyExperience using electronic medical records and practice management softwarePreferredExperience with Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, or LetyboExperience with RHA, Restylane, Juvederm, Revanesse, Sculptra, and/or RadiesseExperience performing laser procedures and skin rejuvenation treatmentsComfortable participating in social media content creation and patient education initiativesWhat Makes Someone Successful In This Role Passion for aesthetics and helping patients feel confidentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsCommitment to natural-looking results and ethical patient careGrowth mindset and eagerness to continue learningPositive attitude and willingness to contribute to team successAbility to create an outstanding patient experience from consultation through follow-upWhy Join The Fix Clinic?
