Digital advisory is a specialized management consulting service offered as part of our broader advisory and management consulting services for HDR's clients. It helps our clients plan for and successfully adopt digital advancements and digital modernization. This practice delivers enterprise-wide technology planning, technology and data strategy, software procurement support, and software implementation oversight for clients.
In the role of Digital Advisory Intern, we'll count on you to:
Gain real-world experience on exciting projects
Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
Apply standard consulting techniques and procedures
Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
Perform other duties as needed
Due to client contract requirements, US citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Greencard holder) is required.
The ideal intern candidate will be committing at least 20 hours per week for a part-time, temporary summer internship. The candidate will work in the office and be mentored by a licensed professional; no remote work is allowed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
Mechanical, Civil, and Industrial Engineering students strongly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
Attention to detail
Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills

The expected compensation range for this position is $22 - $26/hr and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
