Bilingual Training Specialist- Utility Construction

Job Description – Training SpecialistBCOMM Constructors, a Primoris company, is currently looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) training specialist.As a Training Specialist for BCOMM Constructors, a Primoris company, you will:Contribute to training content and development related operation needsOrganize and schedule training for new hire orientation, re-training of existing staff, implementation of new training initiatives, and changes to current processesOversee the production and distribution of classroom handouts, instruction materials, aids, and manualsDeliver new hire orientation, as well as customer- or job-specific training coursesMaintain training recordsAssist in multiple training events in a corporate or community-based setting utilizing traditional or modern job training methodsRequirements:4 years of experience working in utilities or constructionMust have a minimum of at least 2 years of experience either as a TrainerMust meet all requirements for obtaining OSHA 500 certificationProficiency in Microsoft Office products including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
