Chemistry Lab Technician

Position SummaryThe Chemistry Laboratory Technician supports laboratory operations by maintaining equipment calibration, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and assisting analysts across multiple workstations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment in accordance with ISO 17025, cGMP, cGLP, and A2LA requirements.What You'll DoPerform routine (daily) verification and calibration checks of laboratory equipment and instruments, including but not limited to Analytical balances, pH meters, Conductivity meters, Other laboratory instruments as requiredMaintain accurate and up-to-date calibration and verification log records.Ensure the laboratory work area remains clean, orderly, and safe at all times.Comply with company policies and all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Adhere to ISO 17025, cGMP, cGLP, A2LA requirements, and Quality Control guidelines.Maintain familiarity with the operation and proper use of all applicable laboratory equipment, systems, and SOPs.Provide assistance to analysts across all laboratory workstations as needed.Clean, maintain, and properly store all laboratory glassware.Track and maintain inventory of laboratory standards, reagents, and received materials.Restock laboratory supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.Properly dispose of laboratory preparations, waste, and completed samples in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.Assist with additional duties, special projects, or tasks as assigned.Who You AreAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field, or equivalent laboratory experiencePrior analytical laboratory experience preferredFamiliarity with quality control systems and regulated laboratory environments preferredExperience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferredWorking knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and basic analytical techniquesUnderstanding of laboratory safety practices and regulatory compliance standardsStrong attention to detail with a high level of documentation accuracyAbility to follow SOPs and quality guidelines consistentlyProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applicationsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWho We AreServing customers since 2004, Eagle offers the highest quality in preparation testing for sterility, bacterial endotoxins, microbial detection, beyond-use dating (BUD) determination and active ingredient potency.
