SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $75,000 per year
In determining compensation, various factors will be considered, including but not limited to, educational background; relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, market factors; and geographic location.
GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide Project Analysis support for the United States Navy (USN) Corrosion Control program. This position will work directly with Senior Engineers to schedule ship availabilities, track correspondence, capture and perform statistical modeling, and/or data visualization principles and techniques in the development of briefs and presentations for Corrosion Control efforts.

EDUCATION (REQUIRED):
Bachelor’s degree
SKILL SETS (RECOMMENDED/PREFFERED):
Analysis of Government-provided data and building a database from the data (Preferably in Flank Speed Power BI)
Tracking/organizing incoming data and keep the database current
Maintain ship availability schedule and keep updated
Draft and correspond to Ship requests and inquiries
Assistance in analyzing/reviewing metrics plans
Supporting knowledge management by assisting in the organizing of Government-provided data and reports
Experience with Sharepoint in the application of data analysis, data management and/or machine learning
Experience in statistics and statistical analysis
Interest in data analytics, data visualization, and/or machine learning
Self-starter, willing to work alone and in a group
Ability to provide clear and concise feedback to solve problems as they arise
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Successful applicants must either have an active government security clearance or meet the requirements to obtain a clearance.
