Position Summary and Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to work with and lead other field team members to install fall protection systems while ensuring fit to specifications and regulatory compliance.
Must have ability to be technically proficient in structural adaptation of steel-based products.
Read and interpret work plans.
Coordinate with Project Management on delivery of projects.
Capability to provide direction to other co-workers at project sites.
Ability to work at height – in safe manner, and work as part of a team.

Experience and Skills
Requires an individual who is reliable, responsible and dependable to the duties, and as a company team member,
Demonstrated working experience with broad experience and knowledge of general construction, and especially at working at height.
Good communication skills through verbal and written means with co-workers, customers and vendors.
Experience with the safe use of power and hand tools.
Certification of lift equipment, either have or ability to obtain
Ability to meet physical demands of lifting and climbing along with working at height standard requirements
OSHA 10, OSHA 30 preferred or willingness to attain.
Valid Drivers License and good driving record
Ability to submit to a drug/background screen
Ability to travel approximately 50%
