You will lead the Tier 3 global infrastructure support team and oversee daily operations across network, server/cloud, and collaboration technologies. By driving strong execution and continually improving service delivery, you will directly influence business continuity and operational efficiency across the organization. ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead and supervise a team of infrastructure technicians and specialists to ensure effective performance and service delivery. Direct day-to-day operations across Mattr's network, server/cloud environments, and collaboration platforms using industry best practices. Relationship & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for technical teams. Communicate regularly with senior leadership on developments, risk management, and operational performance. Continuous Improvement & OptimizationEvaluate business processes and IT systems to identify opportunities for productivity gains, cost reductions, and standardization. Support and execute improvement initiatives aligned with corporate goals. Cross-Functional CollaborationEngage with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure projects. Maintain strong communication with end users and cross-functional partners on operational needs and project updates. QualificationsEducation & ExperienceCollege Diploma (3 years) required; University Degree preferred. 7 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience required; 10+ years preferred. Project management capability with proven experience leading technical teams and initiatives. Technical & Professional SkillsHigh-level understanding of IT principles, processes, and industry solutions. Strong communication and influence skills to support leadership interactions and prioritization. Customer-focused mindset with ability to assess business impacts and deliver effective solutions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organization, and independent-work capabilities. Collaborative, process-oriented, and able to present complex information to diverse audiences.
