Regional Sales ManagerSymmetrio is recruiting for their client, a multi-national capital equipment manufacturer, for a Regional Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales across the Midwest. This is a true hunter role focused on building pipeline, opening new accounts, and closing complex capital sales within hospitals and health systems.Must live in one of the following territories: TX, LA, AR, OK, MO, KS, IA, NE, COThe ideal candidate is a high-energy sales professional who thrives on new business development and has experience selling capital equipment into clinical environments. Candidates with backgrounds in imaging, radiation oncology, cardiology, or nuclear medicine are strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development across Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, and Indiana, Ohio and the Dakotas.Identify and pursue capital equipment opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and specialty clinicsBuild and manage a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and territory developmentDevelop relationships with physicians, department leaders, and hospital administratorsLead the full capital sales cycle including discovery, presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiationNavigate complex healthcare purchasing processes and capital approval committeesMaintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting
