Part-Time Commercial Cleaner

Join us!Capital Sanitary Supply is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Omaha. This role offers a flexible schedule, with shifts typically around 4 hours per day Monday through Friday or the option to work 8-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.This position will perform general building cleaning in our office space and warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to be flexible, and is able to work independently.Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:Vacuum, sweep, and mop flooringClean and sanitize bathroomsClean sink, countertops, microwave, and refrigerator in break roomsRestock supplies in restrooms, break rooms and common areasEmpty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessaryDusting and cleaning office desks and furnitureCleaning windowsills and windowsMaintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe mannerMaintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable conditionProper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicalsWear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all timesQualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience and knowledge of/experience using floor care and general janitorial equipmentMust be able to routinely walk, stand, and bend for the duration of the shiftMust have the ability to lift items weighing more than 40 lbs.Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipmentApplicant must be reliable, have an eye for detail, and be able to follow instructions
