The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, customer service, and staff coordination. Key responsibilities include maintaining office efficiency, managing office equipment and supplies, and ensuring excellent communication between team members and clients. The role will also involve supporting other departments to enhance efficiency and maintain a smooth workflow.QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skills to liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients effectivelyExperience with office administration and administrative assistance for maintaining organizational operations seamlesslyProficiency in using and maintaining office equipmentAbility to manage schedules and coordinate tasks to achieve operational objectivesAttention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is beneficialPrevious experience in a similar office management or administrative role preferredExperience with Quickbooks preferredFamiliarity with the Apparel Industry is benefcial3-5 years experience in a busy office environment preferred
