This role is expected to convert to permanent within 3–6 months, with potential for earlier conversion based on performance and business needs.This is an excellent opportunity for a Total Rewards professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing day-to-day execution with process improvement initiatives.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• Strong potential for permanent conversion• Benefits-focused leadership role with meaningful impact• Join a structured and supportive HR team• Outstanding long-term employee benefits upon conversionCompensation & Benefits:• Hourly Pay: $57.00 – $62.50/hour• Conversion Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually• Annual discretionary bonus + merit increase• Medical, Dental & Vision fully paid for employee + spouse• 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 6% (vested day one)• 2 weeks PTO + 11 company holidays• Short-Term & Long-Term Disability coverageSchedule & Location:• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM• 100% onsite in The Woodlands, TX 77380• Business casual environmentWhat You’ll Be Doing:• Lead and support day-to-day benefits administration• Manage 401(k) and retirement programs• Support compensation analysis, benchmarking, and vendor coordination• Oversee open enrollment activities and employee communications• Audit carrier invoices and ensure compliance accuracy• Maintain benefit documentation and compliance filings (including 5500s)• Develop SOPs and support continuous process improvements• Partner closely with HR leadership and provide team backup support as neededQualifications:• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in Benefits, Compensation, or Total Rewards• Bachelor’s degree required• Strong hands-on experience with:Health & welfare plansOpen enrollmentRetirement / 401(k) administrationLeave administration (plus)• HRIS experience required:Paycom preferredPaycor, Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, Oracle, or Workday accepted• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipIdeal Candidate:• Hands-on and collaborative• Detail-oriented and analytical• Comfortable managing multiple priorities• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset• Able to balance tactical execution with strategic thinkingInterested or know someone who would be a great fit?
