Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: · Dental insurance · Flexible schedule (Choose your own hours!) · Health insurance · Paid time off (Work-life balance is very important to us!) · Sick Time · Paid Holidays · Professional Development Assistance · Retirement Plan Options · Mileage Reimbursement · Vision insurance · Competitive hourly rate · Supportive work environment · Mentorship opportunities · Reimbursement of therapy materials How You'll Succeed Here: * Develop and implement treatment plans and provide speech therapy to children in a play-based approach in their natural learning environments (in-person with some Telehealth opportunities) * Work with our relationship-based model to support and facilitate each child's progress through developmental milestones, increase opportunities for inclusion and enhance trusted caregiver-child relationships * Participate in weekly staff meeting and monthly trainings to support collaboration and interdisciplinary clinical support * Participate in weekly reflective supervision to discuss caseloads, treatment plans, and relationship-based work * Facilitate parent-child interactions to encourage a child's development; assist families to act as advocates for their child * Contribute to a positive work culture at our environment by establishing healthy relationships among co-workers License/Certification: · Speech and Language License - or SLPA license (Required) · Strong CFY candidates will be considered Application Question(s): · Have you had experience working with infants and young children?
