Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll and related financial operations within a growing organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams. The role offers exposure to a dynamic, multi-entity environment during a period of continued growth and operational development. Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, deductions, and other payroll data Respond to employee inquiries and assist in resolving discrepancies Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between payroll, HR, and accounting functions Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger-related activities Help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies Provide occasional support to broader accounting or finance functions as needed Qualifications:Prior experience in payroll, accounting, or a related function Familiarity with payroll systems and general financial processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proficiency with Excel or similar tools preferred Prior experience with ADP WFN preferred
