Mid-Level Resource Manager
*This will be a temp-to-perm position and 4x a week in NYC*THE ROLEWe are seeking a Mid-Level Resource Manager to support the Talent & Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of operations and project delivery, ensuring the right talent is aligned to the right work across teams.Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing schedules, data, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIESResource Support & SchedulingAssist with team scheduling and resource allocation across projectsMaintain resource management tools to track availability and assignmentsSupport onboarding and tracking of freelance/contract talentManage time-off requests and help maintain team rostersFinancial & Data SupportTrack team utilization and support reportingMonitor freelance spend against budgetsMaintain accurate data across systemsCross-Functional CoordinationCommunicate staffing updates with project and production teamsAct as a point of contact for scheduling inquiriesEscalate resource conflicts or risks as neededQUALIFICATIONS2–4 years in resource management, project coordination, or operationsExperience with resource/project management tools (Float a plus)Strong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
