Architectural Designer

Oakline Studio is looking for a professional, organized and self-motivated Architectural Designer who is a recent graduate or has approximately 1-5 years of design experience. This role is an entry-level position for recent graduates, assisting with conceptual design, 3D modeling, technical drafting, and site analysis. They will have mentorship of senior architects and designers and will gain experience in all project phases—from schematic design to construction documentation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design support: contributing to design ideas and concepts for projects, material & product research & selection, & client presentations. Team collaboration: working with project teams, engineers, and consultants to coordinate designs. Site analysis & visits: participating in site evaluations and observing construction progress to ensure compliance with drawings. Drafting and modeling: preparing 2d drawings and 3d renderings for design development. Technical documentation: assisting with construction documents. Project administration: preparing presentation packages, managing project documents, and supporting client communications. REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor Degree in Architecture, design school or equivalent experience.1-5 years of design experienceProficient in AutoCad, Revit and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent attention to detail and highly organizedAbility to multi-task; meet deadlines and is eager to learn and grow with firmMust be able to work independently and as part of a team
