Your work will ensure that quality standards are consistently met and that any issues are quickly identified and addressed.This position combines laboratory testing, data management, and close collaboration with production teams in a highly regulated, safety-focused environment.What You’ll DoSample Collection & ProcessingCollect samples from various stages of the production process and prepare them for microbiological, chemical, and sensory analysis following established protocols.Laboratory TestingConduct analyses using standard lab techniques and equipment, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all testing procedures.Aseptic Technique & Lab PracticesApply proper sterile techniques and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices to maintain sample integrity and prevent contamination.Equipment OperationOperate and maintain a range of laboratory tools and systems, including incubators, microscopes, centrifuges, autoclaves, and other specialized equipment.Data Entry & ReportingAccurately record, analyze, and report results using multiple systems, ensuring timely communication of findings to support operational decisions.Issue Identification & EscalationIdentify deviations, inconsistencies, or equipment issues and escalate them promptly to ensure rapid resolution and minimal production impact.Cross-Team CommunicationCollaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure all testing requirements are completed efficiently and effectively.Compliance & SafetyFollow all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.What You BringTechnical KnowledgeBasic understanding of microbiology, aseptic techniques, and laboratory safety practices.Hands-On ExperienceFamiliarity with laboratory equipment and processes, ideally within food, beverage, or manufacturing environments.Attention to DetailStrong ability to accurately handle samples, record data, and follow procedures without deviation.Communication SkillsClear and effective communication with team members across different functions.Organization & Time ManagementAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.AdaptabilityWillingness to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical ReadinessComfortable working on your feet for extended periods and operating in varied production environments (including temperature and noise variations).Work ScheduleThis role operates on a rotating shift schedule designed to support continuous production.
