Field Data Collection Support Representative

Job ResponsibilitiesField Data Collection (FDC) Systems Support – Functionality & Usability of Production Applications (40%)Provide first-level technical and operational support to end users (in person, phone, or electronic).Support the use of applications such as fruit receipts, harvest, overhead, and product quality (PQ).Troubleshoot basic system, application, and device issues.Ensure proper use and functionality of both customized and off-the-shelf systems.Compliance and Training (50%)Ensure applications and equipment are used in accordance with company policies and procedures.Deliver training to end users in field and office environments (one-on-one and group sessions).Reinforce correct system usage and data entry standards.Promote user adoption and compliance with established processes.Maintain Hardware & Software (5%)Ensure applications and equipment are used in accordance with company policies and procedures.Deliver training to end users in field and office environments (one-on-one and group sessions).Reinforce correct system usage and data entry standards.Promote user adoption and compliance with established processes.Other Duties as Assigned (5%) Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesKnowledge (Include level of expertise)Technical Systems - BasicHardware & Device - BasicIT Support Fundamentals - BasicAgricultural Operations - BasicCustomer Support Processes – BasicMicrosoft Office - Basic
