Learn more at https://www.mosai.com/Position SummaryThe Enterprise Account Manager owns post-sale growth and retention, driving expansion and renewals within complex accounts by embedding Mosai as a strategic platform.Job DutiesManage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Enterprise accountsDrive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutionsDevelop and execute multi-year account plans and growth strategyMaintain and expand executive relationshipsIdentify and drive large-scale expansion opportunities by proactively prospecting within existing Mosai accountsLead value-based renewals and negotiationsPartner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoptionCoordinate with Clinical Services and other internal roles to drive customer adoption and satisfactionAll other job-related duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements5-10+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industriesExperience managing high-volume account portfoliosStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExperience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferredStrong financial and value-based selling skillsStrong communication skillsConsistent quota attainmentWork EnvironmentThis role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.Physical Demands of Our Work EnvironmentThis position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
