Mechanical Assembly TechnicianJob Functions:Strictly abide by the company's various regulations and management systems and safety laws and regulations, and obey the company's policies and resolutionsObey the production and installation project tasks issued by the mechanical assembly supervisor, and feedback the completion of the production and installation tasks to the supervisorPerform mechanical production (cutting, welding, painting, component assembly, etc.) and on-site installation of the equipment according to the received mechanical assembly drawings or the guidance of the supervisorEnsure the installation quality of the equipment, and check & discover the installation problems such as technology, quality, and safety during the installation of the equipmentAssist the software engineer to carry out on-site debugging of the equipment, and complete the on-site debugging tasks according to the requirements of the debugging engineer with quality and quantityAccording to the on-site installation, make reasonable suggestions to the supervisorAssist the electrical assembly team to complete all the construction tasks of this departmentResponsible for 5S management of mechanical assembly and installation siteIn the process of production, installation and commissioning, continuously improve their business levelReceive various business training and strengthen teamworkOther duties as assignedNothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeQualifications:Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods.Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)Visual acuity including, but not limited to:Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demandedClarity of vision at 20 feet or more.
