This role plays a critical part in creating a consistent, human presence in key markets and helping turn real-world conversations into qualified opportunities and long-term impact.Sitting on the marketing team and working closely with Sales, the FDR ensures in-market engagement translates into measurable pipeline. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in live environments, builds relationships easily face-to-face, and follows up confidently to turn interest into pipeline.What You'll Do...Build and maintain in-person relationships across a set of target accountsConduct regular on-site visits and informal check-ins with prospects and customersDevelop a strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needsSurface interest, buying signals, and expansion opportunities through conversationsCoordinate follow-up and next steps with AE/AM when appropriateSupport local events, meetups, and regional field initiatives as neededCapture notes, context, and outcomes from field interactions in our CRMShare qualitative insights and feedback with Marketing and Sales teamsWhat You Bring...Location: Must live in Los Angeles1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience OR 1–3 years of hands-on cannabis industry experience within a local market (retail, brand, or operations)Strong, trusted relationships across accounts in the assigned marketConsistent in-person touchpoints and engagementClear visibility into field-sourced and field-influenced opportunitiesPositive feedback from customers and salesImproved awareness and responsiveness within the regionNaturally relationship-driven and comfortable building rapport in personOrganized, reliable, and proactive in managing your time and territoryA strong listener who can connect customer needs to internal teamsComfortable working independently in the fieldClear communicator, both verbally and in writingFamiliar with CRM tools (or willing to learn)It’s a Bonus if You…Have sales experience.
