What You'll Do As Senior Property Manager, you'll lead all aspects of property operations, including financial performance, leasing strategy, maintenance oversight, resident experience, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:Lead day-to-day operations for a multifamily residential communityDrive leasing performance, occupancy, retention, and revenue growthManage property budgets, financial reporting, and operational performanceAnalyze trends and implement strategies to exceed ownership goalsRecruit, coach, develop, and lead on-site team membersPartner closely with maintenance leadership to ensure excellent property conditions and timely service deliveryOversee vendor relationships, capital projects, and property improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresDeliver exceptional resident experiences and effectively resolve escalated concernsMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environmentPrepare ownership reporting, market surveys, and operational updates What We're Looking For5+ years of multifamily Property Manager experiencePrior experience managing Class A communities strongly preferredProven leadership experience developing and managing on-site teamsStrong financial and operational management skillsExperience driving occupancy, resident retention, and NOI performanceExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Yardi Voyager, Yardi CRM, Blue Moon, YieldStar, or similar platforms preferredHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredWhat Makes You Successful At Grubb Properties, our most successful leaders are: Driven: You take ownership, act proactively, and continuously look for ways to improve operations, team performance, and the resident experience.
