Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. While prior experience in a membership organization is valued, it is not required. The role demands a candidate with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism, as well as the ability to lead with emotional intelligence and a focus on continuous improvement. Strategic operations management skills, including budget management and a proven track record of team leadership, are essential.
