With a strong emphasis on scalability, resilience, and stability, the role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityEstablish, track, and refine OKRs, KPIs, and other key business metrics; set targets and monitor progress against strategic goalsOversee product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and modernization goalsPartner with the project manager to plan the roadmap on an ongoing, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with business objectivesFacilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization, partnering with Project manager and engineering leads to ensure timely delivery of high-value featuresBuild and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Servicing, Legal, and ComplianceSupport production issue resolution and feedback loops, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfactionRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting - within financial services, payments, or technologyKnowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsIdentify high-ROI AI use cases and create roadmaps.Translate user needs into AI product requirements with valueStructured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
