This position works in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work, we're willing to train the right candidate.Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Diagnose and repair pool and hot tub equipmentAssist with field service jobs as neededAssist with billiard and spa movesRefelt billiard rails and tablesProvide excellent customer service and support the overall customer experienceIncrease sales through product knowledge and customer recommendationsOffer alternative product ideas and solutionsSupport store sales goalsMaintain quality control standardsAttend company, team, and training meetings as requiredMaintain a welcoming atmosphere for customersFollow all company policies and proceduresMaintain professional appearance and hygienePerform other duties as assigned Position Requirements & Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAt least one (1) year of plumbing and/or electrical experience requiredMust be mechanically inclinedBasic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systemsAbility to lift at least 50 lbsAbility to operate a forkliftValid driver's license requiredWillingness to work long hours in extreme weather conditionsStrong multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbove-average communication and problem-solving skillsMust be prompt and punctual This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties.
