1st Shift Spin Forming Operator

Position: Spin Form Operator Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:40 pm (with OT as needed), Saturdays as required Job Responsibilities: Operate and oversee MJC (MJC Engineering & Technology, Inc.) spin forming machines for aerospace components. Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the MJC machine. Lead and train other operators on the proper operation of the spin forming machine. Monitor and ensure the quality and precision of formed aerospace parts. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and discuss project details. Communicate project timelines, ETAs, and processes to internal customers. Provide technical insights and expertise in troubleshooting machine-related issues. Supervise and manage operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes. Qualifications: Proven experience operating MJC spin forming machines in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Technical proficiency and understanding of spin forming processes. Ability to lead and train others in machine operation. Strong organizational and communication skills for discussing project details and deadlines. Experience in supervisory or management roles is a significant advantage. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision. Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
