We use the EOS approach to our business, creating transparency and accountability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Consistently upholds and demonstrates the Right at Home core values: Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and ApproachableProvide the business with trusted and up to date information about our industry Look at trends, behaviors, and demographics surrounding our industry clients, staff, franchisees, markets, and competitorsFind, analyze, organize, deliver, and maintain market research information and assets Design, implement, and evaluate descriptive and predictive modelsLead our organizations integration of machine learning and advanced data science concepts into tools, applications, and processes (i.e. random forest)Use statistical analysis techniques (like survival analysis and regression modeling), to advance predictive and prescriptive organizational analysisContribute to projects with need or emphasis on analysis, data, or other business intelligence functions.Communicate effectively with both business and technical team membersAssist in analyses of data and create summaries in narrative and/or graphic displayAssist in the collection and management of data and information so that it can be used to analyze business functions, market behavior and industry trendsInvestigate and analyze complex business challenges and assist in problem solving and providing solutionsPerform detailed strategic and financial analysis on various areas of operations within the organization.Act as subject matter expert and provide information and recommendations to team lead and executive team to assist in decision makingFind and present data-driven insights and conclusions to maximize bottom line resultsAdvocate for continual improvement towards realizing the ideal tools, investment, partnerships, infrastructure, and culture needed in the area of data-driven decision making and business intelligence, to accomplish organization goalsCreate, maintain and evolve weekly and monthly reportingIdentify trends, patterns and relationships in the data to support administrative decision makingUnderstand, work with and assist in the upkeep and maintenance of data dictionariesLearn and understand the nuances of corporate data, metrics and source systemsRequirements:Attained an undergraduate degree with focus in business, mathematics, engineering, computer science, finance, information technology, or economics2+ years of experience working using statistical analysis1+ years of experience working with data science tools and skills (machine learning or AI)Worked with survey data, industry studies, consumer trends and demographics, and writing summary reportsEffective verbal and written communication skillsCritical thinking and problem solvingStrong attention to detail Self-motivated leader with the ability to multi-task is a mustExcellent organization and decision-making skillsProficient with Microsoft Office softwareAbility to work well with teams, but also as a dedicated self-starter who can ask questions and find solutions to problems as an individual.Right at Home, a RiseMark Holdings, LLC Company, is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates, supports and promotes diversity and inclusion.
