Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Health Insurance Agent based in Columbus, OH, with opportunities to work remotely. The role involves assisting clients with life and health insurance needs, providing guidance on suitable policies, conducting consultations, and processing insurance applications. Agents will also build and maintain client relationships, explain insurance products, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients have adequate coverage. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about industry trends and navigating Medicare options. Qualifications Knowledge in Insurance Brokerage, Life Insurance, and Health InsuranceFamiliarity with Medicare and other specialized insurance productsStrong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex insurance policies clearly and effectivelyLicensure in insurance is preferred or the ability to acquire necessary licensureSelf-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a commitment to providing outstanding servicePrevious experience in insurance sales or client advisory roles is a plusProficiency in basic technology tools, including CRM systems and remote communication platforms
